MEAT COVE, Cape Breton Island - I may look relaxed in this picture, but I’m actually in shock. We had just reached the northern tip of Nova Scotia (called Meat Cove), after leaving the Cabot Trail and riding our Goldwing with cargo trailer 7 km. up a terribly rocky, rutted dirt path, with steep inclines and no shoulders. At the time of this picture, I was actually contemplating walking back down.
